Three more days until I'm living under a new roof in Brighton. I've been franticly trying to pack up all of my stuff for the past two days since I've been stupid and lazy for the past three weeks. Well not so much lazy but more like blah state of mind. I've been so nervous about the whole experience. I keep thinking that the apartment is going to explode into a shitload of problems and issues. Also, worrying about money doesn't help either. So by trying to keep sane I've been taking every oppertunity possible to go out and avoid everything, including packing. It's been fun hanging out with everyone. They've all been so helpful in making sure that everything in my life is straightened out and I'm finally out of the shit.
Speaking of friends, it's going to be so much fun living with Leon and Patrick. I owe (ow with an e, sorry inside joke) them so much because they were so willing to drop everything in their lives to help me out and agree to be roomies. I was shocked that the idea didn't even phase them in the slightest. there was no real discussion it was just yeah sure that sounds cool. It's just good to know that I have some really awesome friends.
The past couple of weeks have been so hectic.I been running around chasing don't the dumbest broker in the world to try and get everything straightened out, such as the set keys to our main door and the minor stupid things in the apartment that needs to be fixed, which still isn't done but soon we can go directly to the landlord instead. It feels like I've gone out every weekend for the past two months. It's been a lot of fun and it got me through the roughest part of my life. This past weekend was awesome. It was a pinnacle point as of late. It was a lot of fun to talk to a few people that I don't often see but honestly I don't think any thing can top watching someone fire breathing, having a lolipop fight at 3 am and then fencing with kendo sticks in the middle of the road until the break of dawn then having a huge breakfast right after. It was a really awesome party! I wish there were pictures of everything. Ah well...
I can't wait to throw my housewarming party in my ghetto apartment. FYI: the apartment's offical name is now The Ghetto. It'll make more sence when I post pictures of it up for all to see. that's all for now.
