The previous night, he'd gone home, confirmed the kill to Xanxus, and collapsed into bed, falling asleep almost immediately. He'd awoken to a headache and an itching in his arm, underneath the firm plaster of the temporary cast. And an insufferable desire to undo everything he'd done the previous night. Why the hell had he even... damnit, after nine years serving Xanxus, he had to potentially throw it all away for some brat who was going to kill him the next time he saw him anyway.
Regardless, Belphegor wanted to make sure Mello was still in the hospital, and not out ruining him- even more, he needed to be sure that the other wasn't planning on revealing Bel the instant he could. So, a visit was in order. But now that he was here, he wasn't quite sure what to say.
So, he simply slinks forward, before leaning in the doorframe, casting a glance inward and hiding his injured arm in the sleeve of his coat.]
