Quickly, Quickly!!!
Okay, I called studylink. Turns out that the roughly $4,000 they paid me was backdated living costs for the last two months, because I'm on their books as studying at the moment. I figure its backdated to when I turned 25.
Anyway, because its living costs the amount was added to my student loan so I'm just going to pay studylink back the exact amount.
Also, I should be eligible for allowance AND living payments (which is different to living costs and refers to some money to cover the location you live in rather than a sum to ensure you have money to survive) for the coming semester (which begins on MONDAY!!!!). The amount involved means I'll have to keep two shifts at Caltex or find a couple of shifts somewhere else. Ah well, less work, time to study, all is getting better with the world.
Also, five weeks teaching experience in a school coming up in March...
Dunno when I'll next see Annalise, Louise isn't being the most forthcoming with her custody ideas there...
Saw Sweeney Todd, thought it was really cool, go see it.
My writing is up to page 83 right now and hopefully I'll crack 90 in the next day or so. I think the plot might push it along to nearer 140-150 pages than the 120 I was aiming for before. This is a good thing, though I need to be able to edit and revamp before October and things are about to get busy again...
Got a new car the other day, a nice nana-ish automatic. With stereo that works (this is key). Enjoying it.
