It's Got Electrolytes!

Wanna know how freaky annoying I am as a retail worker? Hear this. The other day I was pumping petrol outside when I saw this woman coming back outside. She was getting into her car, having paid for her fuel already as well as bought some chips and drinks. But we have kit-kats on the counter on special and so I asked her if she had gotten any kit-kats as well. Long story short, even after telling me that she didn't like kit-kats, she went back inside and bought two!

I am what you hate!

The other thing that happened at work last week was my run-in with that dang mexican! See, one of my co-workers, the night shift guy, is mexican. His name is Rikki Enriquez and his hair is down to his waist. He looks like a stereotype mexican and it's kinda wierd.

Anyway, recently all us workers got fresh shiny new polar fleece jackets and they had special zip on or wear seperate rain jackets too. The very first day I had mine on, Rikki commented on how mine fit much better than his and how they hadn't given him a raincoat part because the night guy doesn't need to go outside.

And then the next day I couldn't find my jackets.

This was a good fortnight ago.

Then I come in this week and find the polar fleece hanging behind the storeroom door and then another monring come in and see Rikki in a rainjacket part.
"Hey Rikki, where'd you get the rainjacket?"
"Oh hey man, I think this is yours, did you leave it at work yesterday?"

Yeah right. Damn mexicans.

Last monday I went rockclimbing with one of the girl's in my group from Landmark, and that was really fun. I haven't been rockclimbing in AGES and it was wicked cool and they do a club on monday nights so I'm thinking about going along more often. It's at Long Bay College so I might try and get one of my placements there so I can climb some more.

Oh, speaking of which, I don't know if I've already told you that I re-enrolled for teaching training but I was worried about whether I'd gotten the forms in in time etc etc, but it turns out that I definately have so YAY! I'm gonna be teaching again soon!

You know what's coming? You know what's coming?! Ian McKellen's Lear!!! I am so up for this, come on people, it's IAN MCKELLEN doing KING LEAR.

I am such an Arts Student/ English Teacher.

So on Saturday night I went to a party with silentwar. First he took me to his mate Scooters and what with the copious B grade schlock horror covering the flat that was wierd enough, but the fact that the party was for a girl who Scooter knew only vaguely over myspace or something? I honestly had the feeling that we'd get violently turned away when we arrived.

Anyway, I had a decent enough time there as I'm sure the following rather inebriated photo may show.

Avondale
Way in the back with purple hair and calling a taxi is Fluffy. Next is Sinead, whose birthday it was. Then there's me with glazed eyes, and taped hands. And my tongue's out... Then there's... Sinead's boyfriend whose name I forget. It was pretty much his birthday too. And then Mark is imposing himself on the side.

So. Good week. How's everybody else going?
