My Knife Is Sharp And Chrome
Finally picked up my present for Annalise after work today. A 3 DVD box of muppet movies! Muppets in Space, Muppets take Manhatten and Kermit's Swamp Years... Alright, yes, its a present for me too...
I've been keeping it off the shelf at work since the first day I was back. Can't wait to watch it with her. She watched some of the Season 1 Muppet Show i had the other week and really seemed to like watching 'the frog.'

More complaints about customers. People, when you are waiting behind a car at a petrol station, I know it feels like forever and is very frustrating. But it is immensely amusing to the staff to watch you get out of the car, rant and rave, then drive off to find somewhere else when there is an empty pump at the other end. Yes your petrol cap might be on the other side (Gasp, Shudder) but the pumps are made to reach over.
You would be amazed at how often people do this.
In a similar vein I had two wierd things happen at work this week. One was the discovery of exactly why the crazy woman hates me. Remember the guy that dragged me off the forecourt over a cellphone recharge card mixup? Well, apparantly he was her partner. So, there we go.
Secondly, we recently started accpeting those supermarket discount petrol vouchers. Anybodys. However, we only offer 4c per litre for a voucher, regardless of what it says (as we are affiliated with no supermarkets). Some people check their voucher to see how much they would get and decide not to use it. One guy came down from Napier with a voucher for 12c Per Litre! He said the supermarkets were really going to war over these things.
