Mmm, Pizza.

My father and I have failed to plan this weekends meals appropriately, so we're having pizza delivered tonight, and I'm collecting fish and chips tomorrow. So, mmm, pizza. I have had a busy couple of days actually. Yesterday, despite the rain (which was very wet and annoying) I walked to Grove Park and had my hair cut. Just a trim, so it's not actually noticable that I've had it cut. In fact I'm not entirely sure that she did the best job on it, I think some of my layers didn't get a very good trim, but that might just be because I haven't washed it since it's been cut, and I always think it looks better when I've washed it that it does when it's just come out of the hairdresser (I know, I'm odd). I also finished my packing, which I'm glad about! I actually keep adding clothing, so I do think I'm taking far more things to wear than I actually need, but hey, at least I have lots of choices, and I still have a significant amount of space apparently since I weighed my case (why yes I am overly organised, why do you ask?) and it was 15kg.

Today I went and did the shopping, which was immense fun because I had to get extra stuff for my Dad so he doesn't have to go shopping when I'm not here. There might be a couple of things that he will have to get because bread gets stale and other things go off! I then made it to the library for the first time in three weeks, and got new books, which I now have to not read until I get back from Sardinia, since I don't want to be left with nothing to read. Talking of Sardinia and reading, this is my reading list for the trip -

Two For The Dough - Janet Evanovich
The Truth - Terry Pratchett
Blind Faith - Ben Elton
and Lord Of The Rings (which is by J.R.R. Tolkein. But you knew that, didn't you.)
And I also have a book full of regular Sudoku and another one full of Killer Sudoku - I'm taking no chances on the being bored thing...

Um, anyway, I then wandered to the newsagent and paid the papers, and then I changed the beds. Hmmm. What else did I do? Not much. However, I think it's been a fairly productive day.

We interupt your regular scheduled update because Rupert Penry-Jones was just on the TV not being in Spooks. *squee* Burn Out UP (goddammit I have got to read things) looks exciting! Oooh, and it has Neve Campbell in it. I like her too!

Other than all of that I think that's all I have to say. I may update tomorrow since I have bugger all to do, since I'm packed, and all sorted for the trip, I may have to do the hoovering in order to keep myself busy! And to stop me from thinking I've forgotten something...
