And now, seeing as Man U, beat Lyon, all we need for a perfect footballing week is for Olympiakos to beat Chelsea and Liverpool to go through, Everton to beat Fiorentina, and Spurs to win, and it'll be a fantastic week for English teams in Europe!

Shame about Celtic though, but they were playing Barca.

I'm crossing my fingers for the result you describe, but it's been a pretty good week for English football in Europe anyway. I feel sorry for Celtic, I saw some of the first leg repeated on British Eurosport yesterday and it looked as if they were trying really hard. (funny story, we were really confused that they were showing that, until we remembered the Champions League has two legs!)
