This was requested about a decade ago. I'm really sorry it took so long!

After sharpening the base I added a curves adjustment layer (RBG: 120/170) to brighten the image.

I added a color fill layer (#FFB4B4) and set it to soft light at 63%.

I added a yellow gradient (download, right click, save as) and set it to soft light at 78%.

I added a copy of the base, desaturated it (Ctrl + U, saturation -100) and set it to soft light at 59%.

I added another color fill layer (#F2F2F2) and set it to linear burn at 100%.

I added another curves adjustment layer (RBG: 114/131).

I added a selective color adjustment layer. RED: black +6 // YELLOW: black +5 // GRAY: black +9 // BLACK: black +19

I added a light blue gradient (download, right click, save as), inverted, and set it to color burn at 59%.

I added another curves adjustment layer (RBG: 82/102).

I added another color fill layer (#FFF588) and set it to soft light at 50%.

I added another color fill layer (#9BD8FF) and set it to soft light at 46%.
