Christine and I just had a lovely conversation based on fact and a comedy skit... I think i should share with all.
Penguins are the shit.
Humans are thought to be the most intelligent creatures, but penguins have us beat in some ways. A penguin will find one mate and keep that mate for its entire lifespan. Out of 50,000 penguins that all look the same a male penguin can pick his mate out and say "that's my woman over there". Older penguins disregard the younger penguins that come flaunting about and go right back to their good ol partner. And if a penguins partner, lets say gets eaten by a whale, they will sit by themselves and not mate again.Humans that say that they are in love cannot even accomplish such feats. So what does that say about us as a race?
