i forgot how much i hate teaching lol. that's a lie, i'm just frustrated. i've been teaching french 101 since the last week of september and it's usually fine and i don't mind it but then last week i got a concussion so i just had my classes watch a movie and then this week i had the most apathetic class ever, i swear. i run discussion classes for a professor and it's supposed to be an hour of, well, discussion? so when they're basically refusing to participate and staring listlessly into space instead, it's really frustrating. i am not the one who needs to practice speaking french! it's not helping you if you sit and doodle while i talk at you for an hour! i mean, this week is midterms so i had a 25 minute session and then let people go because i was going to do that anyway, but seriously. for thursday/next week i am going to make them do oral presentations or some shit because i am sick of doing all the talking.
anywaaaaaay it's raining and i'm still not allowed to play field hockey because i failed my impact test AGAIN yesterday :( :( :( so i get to stand in the rain for two hours during practice and miss the second half of madrid's CL game.
