dec 10th:
the my ruin show was absolutely amazing! got a blasphemous girl scarf. hand crafted by miss b. herself. talked to the divine miss b. for about 10 mins thanking her for her wonderful words of encouragement. she's definitely and inspirational individual. watched the opening bands play to which i admit they were really good. except for one band who was a bit too dramatic for my taste.
this one guy was so smashed that he kept grabbing. he went into the pit and whenever he'd slam into a girl he'd try to grab her. oooh! i almost beat the hell outta him. the girl next to me was really funny. she was small and she was all hyped up cuz she was pushing ppl who would slam into her. it was hilarious. i didn't get her name though. too bad, she was cool. i did meet one person from MySpace. she was nice.
during My Ruin's set, miss b. passed the mic to me like 3 times and oh man did i scream into that thing. i had sooo much fun! they played 9 new songs and they all kick so much ass. i can't wait for the new album and i definitely can't wait till the next show. they're always a show-stopper band. they never cease to amaze me.
dec. 11th:
went out w/ my mom and my tia to get my new bed and my IPOD. welp, it didn't happen. fucking traffic was like woah! all we did was go out to la puente to the costco there...buy some stuff they needed..looked at the matress samples there and didn't even get something. i don't like the matresses they have. i couldn't even lay on them to find if i did..and like hell i'd buy something w/out trying it first. then we went to sit n' sleep, but their stuff wasn' within our budget. after that, we went out to dinner w/ my uncle at Tony Roma's in alhambra. good eatin'. left-overs for about 3 days.
after dinner we were all gonna go to a movie. i went in my uncles car. then my mom and tia chickened out so they went home. my uncle and i went to the movies by ourselves. we saw House of Flying Daggers. it was a little dramatic, but the fight scenes were pretty cool.
dec. 12th:
i know i did something this day, but for the life of me i just can't remember!
dec. 13th:
work. long day!
dec. 14th:
me and diana went to disneyland. had loads of fun despite the horrific traffic. we left her house at around 9:45...didn't get to disneyland until 11!! it usually takes us about 20-30 mins to get there. damn! i had work at 3 so we left around 2. i was still 15 mins late for work! geez....the day was horrible to be on the freeway.
dec. 15th:
work....wrapped presents for about 3 hours. blah.
dec. 16th:
last day of school! hooray! i turned in my final and went to work. got there at 3. started wrapping presents at 6. didn't get home until 10:15! i officially hate the color red and anything that has to do w/ wrapping.
Today:
going to work at 2. club x-mas party starts at around 2:30. semi-excited. happy that the kids will get their presents, but dreading the noise and the mess.
