"Okay, how did this happen?" Cooper asks incredulously as he stands to pull of his jeans.
Quinn smirks appreciably. "Because you agreed to play strip poker with me."
"If I'd known you were going to win every hand, I wouldn't have," Cooper says, disgruntled as he sits back down in just his boxers. "I mean, you're still fully dressed. It's not fair."
Quinn's smirk widens as she shuffles the cards. "So learn to play better."
"This hand is totally mine," Cooper declares as Quinn deals again.
"If you say so."
His prediction comes true, a straight trumping her two pair, and he crows delightedly as he lays the cards down.
"Take it off, baby."
She rolls her eyes, though the corner of her mouth rises as she shifts in her seat.
His eyes widen when her hands disappear underneath her skirt, and as he watches, she starts to work her panties off, keeping her lap well covered.
Her eyebrow twitches as she eases them over her feet, and he swallows hard when she holds them aloft a moment before letting them fall to the floor.
His eyes dart to the cards on the coffee table, and then back to her, almost certain her skirt has shifted a little higher.
"You gonna deal or what?" she asks quietly, her thighs coming apart just enough to send a sharp throb of want through him.
A beat later he mutters, "Yeah, I don't think I feel like playing cards anymore," and she squeals when he pounces on her, dissolving into giggles when he pushes her down onto the couch.
