seriously, cosmos or karma or god or whatever - what have i done that was so horrible? what can i do to make it better?
the condo directly across the hall from mine has also appeared on the market today. it is the exact same floorplan, though with only one bathroom, and it faces DC. they are asking $15k less than I am.
i think the only thing that might save me is my apartment's 1.5 bathrooms, its western exposure, and the fact that it does not face the side of the building directly adjacent to the new hotel construction going on next door. but seriously.
