in the interest of making this rather dull, arduous semester go by more quickly... i've decided i need to read something thought provoking (and not something that makes me want to gouge my eyes out a'la gloria steinem's self esteem book)... here's the beginning of my list... please leave me suggestions of good books (but spare me trashy romance novels, mysteries, etc as i don't get into them...)
