Time is elusive..
I leave for Ottawa on Monday. Maeghan is acting up at home because she knows I'm leaving. School actually called me yesterday to go pick her up. Its very hard to explain to her that mommy is doing this in order to make our lives better - she is only 6 and doesn't understand. The good part though is that this is the last big training session I'll be going on, so things will calm down and since summer is coming I'll have lots of time to spend with the kids.
I also have my access card now in order to work from home at times, so its all good. I'm getting into my groove and trying so hard to make this work.
I've been swamped with housework, laundry and crap. Mother's day sucked over all because Sam had surgery and couldn't do much to help. In the end it really was just another day. I've been feeling blue but trying to fight it off. The whole -no more babies- thing has hit me harder than I thought, not to mention two of my co-workers just announced they are pregnant! I envy them.
Oh well - such is life.
I'm still reading LJ's and following your lives. I just don't have much to write about these days, though that will change once things settle down. Happy Birthday to swirvel42! May you have a wonderful day!!!!
