spontaneous
so i've been told to be more spontaneous, and also that i should write here more often. except i honestly don't know what to write tonight. i hope ideas might come with the writing.
why do they have such a big text-entry box on here? i much prefer smaller boxes, they're not so daunting with all that blank space to fill with words.
my therapist is back from vacation. so i got to spend another 45 minutes dissociating and getting back onto track and dissociating again... ...i almost hit myself full force at one moment... therapy is a bit of a mixed bag these days. but at least it's about real issues
