Tick Tock Tick Tock...
I'm back in school!
Or at least night school. I signed up for evening classes for a course in clock repair and tonight was my first class. Actually, it was the fourth class, but with my background in machining I was pretty much already caught up with everyone else.
It's mostly a hands-on course, meaning students bring in movements of their own to fix and the instructor takes the students through all the steps. I like this kind of learning better than a lot of textbooks.
And the coolest part is, the instructor is thinking of starting another "advanced" class on gear cutting, which would be just awesome!
Anyway, off to do my homework:)
