What: The dragoon is more agitated than usual. He needs to take it out somehow...

Kain hadn't been able to relax since seeing the Lunar Whale on the Lunar Subterrane. It was a cruel thing, to see a potential escape and yet be unable to reach it. To make matters even more strange, Cecil had apparently already been in this place. It figured, really. Was there nowhere where he might escape his friend's shadow? No, instead he had to be trapped in a world where Cecil yet again was better than him. The jealousy was almost too much to bear.
This dark place was hardly an ideal area to stay in. Kain already had a sense of being very closed in here among all these pillars. So he continued along very quickly. He was ready to attack anyone who dared bother him too much.
