[The fact that the boy was more or less chasing after him after their first encounter- it amused him. Perhaps it was because Shuyin remained nameless to him, perhaps it was because he was playing a game, or perhaps, it was to test the nature of his skills overall. Whatever the reason, he knew he was coming.
So it was no surprise hand was on hilt, eyes open and ready for when he arrived. The boy seemed bewildered to having someone sound like him- but to Shuyin, this wasn't as surprising. The Fayth had told him much in his years in the Den of Woe, and the discovering of one of their dreams helping set them free... it wasn't too hard to put two and two together.
Still, that's all the boy was. A dream, a copy. That wasn't to say he didn't expect a fight- he expected one, and planned on putting this boy in his place. After all, they might have been similar in voice, but their ideals and thoughts were quite different, to say the least.]
