Has anyone learned anything regarding our situation? I've managed to speak with some people from Chaos, and have obtained few clues, but no solid answers.

I have found little. It seems that there is not much information available to us.

What clues did you find?

When Chaos spoke to his warriors, he seemed to be interrupted, just as Cosmos was when speaking to us. He had been saying that he had a backup plan in case we won the last battle, but did not get to the details.

Still, it is more than enough to tell us that he is likely the one behind this.

Actually...I'm afraid I must disagree. He or his warriors may try to take advantage of the situation, but I highly doubt that they are the cause.

Chaos would not summon a large influx of Cosmos mannequins when they generally pose no threat to us. With Cosmos's failure to manifest herself, the blinding light from the sanctuary, and the new flood of Cosmos mannequins, it seems more reasonable to believe that somehow Cosmos has lost control of her power. Perhaps the power of the crystals may have been too much to bear.

I have yet to lay eyes on any of these crystals we have fought for, so I am curious of the power they hold. They may have been the cause of our altered abilities in the previous battles, or it could very well be another unknown force at work.

We will need more clues to obtain a more solid explanation, however.

In the previous battle, the Crystals we fought to obtain were a manifestation of Cosmos's own power, gifted to her warriors when they were able to conquer the darkness they faced. It was not enough to simply defeat a Chaos warrior. [He should know, considering how many of them he fought before obtaining his own crystal.] They gave us strength, but they did not change our abilities. Though it is true, also, that this battle is not the previous one.

...That is a possibility. I only hope that we might discover what happened soon.
