[Well, since things aren't exactly going to plan on the Cosmos front, Saleh was curious as to how things were on the Chaos side. He has to get information from there, but he would not be so reckless as to venture alone into Chaos territory. [Going by that address, this guy is definitely on Cosmos--but Jill's so used to disregarding sides here that it doesn't occur to her as anything more than background information, and her tone's entirely conversational.] As well as they usually are after a defeat. [Which means she's kept her latest bruises, but eh, what can you do?]

It sounds like your side has pulled ahead, if I'm tallying the points right.

[She frowns thoughtfully] ...There is one thing. Chaos is pretty full of himself and quick to take credit, so it might not mean anything, but--he mentioned that Cosmos should have won... [A pause as she tries to remember it exactly] ...and that he did something beforehand, I think. It almost sounded like he had a failsafe in mind, maybe. Or so he says.

When Cosmos spoke to us, it sounded like she was...interrupted.
