Negligance can be disasterous... however, since you are doing it now, there should be no further problems. And if you have had no conflict for a while, then it is not as much as a problem.

... I should probably check my own equipment soon.

That is indeed fortunate.

[a small nod.] Yes... of a sort. They attatch to my arms and are more like "machine guns", but the basic principle is the same. [As in, you aim at something, you shoot.]
