I feel as if I am not writing as well as I know I can. I have so much to say, yet I don't know where to begin or how to get it all out.

I wrote an email to the manager at Group Health. I have not sent it yet. I am trying to get a few people to proof read it for me before I send it. I want it to be perfect. Because I want her to be able to say "Wow
