I've never noticed it before, but suddenly this week I'm aware of the fact that since Daylight Saving started, I find it almost impossible to get out of bed any earlier than 9am (unless I absolutely have to) whereas prior to that I'd been in a pattern in which I'd find it almost impossible to get out of bed any earlier than 8am.......
I went from being pretty happy with a surprisingly delightful tendency to wake up at 6:30 am, extremely rested, and end up getting to uni about 30-45 minutes early (depending on the trains). Now i struggle to get up before 7:30, and have to tell myself that i am not a human being, i am a robot, and must robotically perform the necessary early-morning-wake-up tasks and prevent myself from being any more than 10 minutes late.
