Uhm. Big spoilers in the "Other important info" part, and abilities, as well as vague-ish ones in the last two paragraps of the personality. And history, obviously.
This application is kind of outdated because the mangaka likes jossing everything. It'll be updated eventually.

[Background]
Here It's a decent enough history; the only thing I think is really worth correcting is that Elliot and Leo, unlike what it says, never joined Pandora.
[Personality]
As someone who generally prefers to keep to himself, Leo is most often quiet and cooped up in a corner somewhere. He’s not a fan of crowds or gatherings, content with simply spending time with a few or entertain himself somehow, away from anyone else. As Elliot’s best friend and babysitter servant, he appears in the manga at almost the exact same time, but doesn’t actually speak up until he figures it’s time to stop Elliot from flipping out completely, and before then he’s not even noticed.
He does truly enjoy spending time with people, though. At least on good days.
You could really say he’s almost a bit of a babysitter, in all seriousness; always following Elliot around and making sure he behaves, but he can never really resist throwing in a taunt or two either. He enjoys poking fun at people just to see the reactions, but he does so in a subtle and barely noticeable way so that sometimes it might even slip by completely. And that’s fine; it still amuses him. Or perhaps he just wants them to leave him alone; being weird or rude or boring might make people leave you alone, and maybe he doesn’t even mean to do it sometimes. Old habits die hard and all.
Over anything, though, he prefers being alone with a good book or a piano or Elliot, and as much as he can get fed up with Elliot sometimes he does generally enjoy having him around always, even when reading or playing piano, because his best friend is definitely a special snowflake in this case. Especially because, a lot of the time, Elliot has nothing against sitting quietly and not bothering him terribly much (which is a great plus); sometimes there simply isn’t need for any words,
Out of the two of them, Leo does indeed seem to be the nice one. There is no doubt that he’s not straight out rude like Elliot, but no way is he particularly nice either. He just seems that way when he stops his master from going over the top and explains it to whoever has been a target of Nightray rage. So, when around Elliot, Leo seems nice and polite, though some may notice the bit of snark there is.
This is in fact not how Leo really is. See, him and Elliot work in the way that Elliot’s short temper helps keep Leo calm, but the truth is that Leo has quite the temper himself. Before he became Elliot’s servant and lived in the orphanage named the House of Fianna, the other kids were pretty afraid of him. Not to such a degree that they didn’t even dare get close to him, and Leo does care for them and vice versa and they know it, but still afraid. Leo isn’t fun to catch during one of his real tantrums, because not only does he yell at the top of his lungs, but he throws furniture or just generally use them as weapons. Granted, it’s not all that easy to push him that far.
Not to mention that he’ll probably punch you if you touch his hair, maybe if you tell him to cut it depending on his mood. Also, attempt to actually cut it? Don’t. He’ll (try to) kill you if no one stops him.
No, really, he will. That’s not a figure of speech.
Most of the time he’s in a good mood, though, and as long as Elliot is around there’s not really any big risk that he’ll lose his cool. He’s much more likely to annoy someone else than the other way around, though teasing and mocking may be a way of saying he doesn’t like you. Or that he does like you, but it’s probably more playful then.
However, behind all the smiles and quiet but cheerful attitude, Leo carries a great guilt. He is, pretty much, the cause of four deaths in the Nightray family, because he was the one who gave Elliot the Chain that made this happen. It may have saved Elliot’s life, but it’s still not something he wished for and this definitely weighs heavy on his mind. Especially since Elliot can’t remember anything and to keep him, and them, safe and, uh, sane, Leo needs to go along with what Elliot believes is true and keep what’s really the truth locked in.
Perhaps it’s selfish, perhaps he does it for himself a lot because he doesn’t want to lose Elliot as a friend, but he also thinks it’s best for Elliot to just not remember, to just not know. Elliot is going through enough and he doesn’t need any more burdens. But Leo can never fully forgive himself for any of it.
[Abilities]
It’s not confirmed, but it’s likely that Leo is in control of a Chain (Jabberwock probably), since he’s the new body of Glen Baskerville. He’s also capable of handling a gun.
[Other important stuff]
Walking spoiler coming through! Leo is the new body of one Glen Baskerville, some sort of creator of the Tragedy of Sablier or whatever but who the hell knows anymore who did it, really.

[First Person]
If you could go back home, would you? Why or why not?
As long as Elliot is with me, I really don’t mind where I am. If he got the opportunity too, I would go with him if he went home.
Someone comes to you to ask for the time. How would you respond?
I answer, of course. That’s a bit of a weird question, isn’t it? Why would you do anything else?
If I offered to save your soul for a price, would you go with it and why?
Mm, that would depend on what you mean by save, and what the price would be. There’s also the question of whether or not I’d be able to trust you on that and why you offered it in the first place; any motives, any reasons? I think it would be a little too suspicious for my tastes. But thanks for the offer~
Do you stand up against authority, go against all odds, and if you could, pierce the heavens with your fighting spirit? If not, would you if you could?
I can’t really say I have much of a fighting spirit, but I guess I would if it meant fixing everything in Elliot’s life. That’s not possible, though, so I think I’ll skip out on this whole piercing the heavens thing. It seems too loud and demanding. Elliot probably has enough fighting spirit for the both of us anyway.
Murder. What is your opinion?
It might be necessary. If, for example, you need to protect someone, then you might have to. I suppose I am not saying it’s fine to murder someone, but sometimes there may simply not be another option.
You have two options: either save your friend who is hanging from a cliff, or chase after the bad guy who put them in a position. If you choose the former, the bad guy will get away and it will be hard to catch him. If you choose the latter, the cliff will crumble and the friend will fall to the spiky rocks below. What do you do and why?
Save my friend. I might want to kill this bad guy but life would be all too dark without that friend and I’d rather not lose that light. I can live without revenge.
You're dirt poor and your family is starving. You have a chance to steal bread. Do you: a) ignore it and get a job, b) steal it anyway because you know you won't get caught, c) get caught but break out of prison anyway, d) steal it and then hide from the creepy cop that keeps stalking you, e) don't steal because stealing is wrong :(. Explain why you chose that option.
B. Who knows how long it would take me to get a job, right? It’s simply the most efficient and quickest way to go about it. If I had a family I suppose it would be very important to me so why would I take any risks?
[Third Person]
Having just seen a dream get broadcasted, Leo is just slightly concerned. It’s not that he doubted Elliot in the first place about it, but he has been kind of telling himself up until now that maybe, if he’s lucky, it really doesn’t occur. But it turns out it does.
And Leo does not like it. In fact, he’s tossing the Dreamberry up and down with one hand while walking down the streets on the lookout for a book shop, seriously considering throwing it into the wall. Something tells him, though, that this wouldn’t be any use because someone ought to have done that by now already. Like Elliot, for example. Perhaps he should ask if there has been any attempts to destroy it.
Then again, he could still throw it into a wall anyway, it doesn’t necessarily have to break. He doesn’t know how sturdy it is, after all. The thought is so very tempting, because he really doesn’t want some of his dreams to be shown. He doesn’t sleep all that much in general, but once he does any of his dreams are rarely pleasant.
Rarely pleasant, and nothing he wants especially Elliot to see, but not anyone else either for that matter. If Elliot would watch them… Would it be any use to tell him not to? At least ask if he usually does, and then tell him not to if that’s the case… There can’t really be all that much harm to it, except for the fact that it might make Elliot suspicious and think that maybe it’s something he should see, even if he has never really not listened when Leo tells him to drop things or… anything like that. It might work…
But it still makes Leo tense, and makes him want to sleep even less. And the worst part is that this will really make him doubt Elliot, he can already tell, and he hates it. He has never really doubted Elliot so that should not happen but…
Here he is, doubting Elliot and knowing he’ll continue to. After everything he has done, everything he has caused, the least he can do is trust Elliot, but now he can’t even do that anymore? Just what kind of servant and friend is he? Horrible, horrible… Something Elliot would tell him he’s not but he doesn’t know, doesn’t remember, everything and… And even if he deserves to know, Leo could never tell him.
He really wishes he could do things right.
”I’m sorry,” he whispers to himself and clenches the Dreamberry, glares at it, before he collides into… something? Or someone?
”Hey!” Ah. Someone. ”Watch where you’re going, squirt!”
Leo stumbles back, for a moment disoriented and not listening to the complaining as he gathers himself, steps on the Dreamberry that he apparently dropped. And so he bends down to pick it up, and that’s apparently a crime because the stranger gets even louder. (Reminds him of Elliot, somewhat… Except it’s more hostile, isn’t it?)
”Don’t act as if you can’t hear me! No wonder you don’t see anything; looking at that thing instead of the road like a normal person and leaving your hair in front of your eyes! Cut it if you can’t bother to keep it away-”
”Shut your trap!” Leo yells as his temper snaps, the fact that the topic is leading towards his hair being what does it, and nails the guy straight in the forehead with the Dreamberry.
Normally, he prefers to calmly mock those who start yelling at him but right now he’s just not in the mood. And it helps, because it surprises the rude idiot and other people around enough to shut them up as he marches over to pick up the damned device from the ground and continue on his not-so-merry way. Still, he feels a little better after throwing it, especially since it was at someone who was being a hassle, so his lips might be twitching just a bit.
As he passes by someone who he can tell is staring at him, he flashes her a beaming, practically sparkling smile that causes her to jump back slightly. Nothing to see here, people~
[Why do you want to play this character in Somarium?] Because I love the Elliot here, really, ffft. As well as the whole cast in general. I do so love the premise too, with the dreams and all that, so that definitely helps. It could get very interesting~
[Which rule was your favorite and why?] I really like the whole policy of how to deal with OOCness~
[Where did you hear about Somarium?] From the Allen and Lenalee players, since they’re my friends. They’ve been poking me for a while and… here I am.
[Any questions?] Don't think so!
