Keats sat on the green carousel horse and watched The City. He entertained himself with the idea that he was actually stationary while the buildings were spinning about him. Odd thought that, it's The City that's moving, not me. He meant to work on the Welcome Center information for Penny, however the more he thought the more he was drawn to his other responsibilities.
Maybe he'd poke around the beach some, but it wouldn't stop that he wanted to visit the carnival again. Considering his conversations and employment, Keats had a great deal of work to be done and he would have to report on matters... perhaps it would be best to bother Remmy a bit in regards to the murder case but Keats didn't wish to get the one drinking buddy that could keep up with him in trouble at work.
He settled for spinning instead.
