Cyle times are my life, and it is wonderful. However, I haven't been doing quite as good as I would have liked in my races. I keep finishing smack in the middle of the field. MUST IMPROVE RESULTS. I can power through any course, but once I hit a long hill I caput. I need to fix this, and I have been trying too, but it is proving quite difficult. So, today equals dragging my ass up mountains multiple times. Hopefully that will get my ass into gear slightly more...
