final mixes...
I've been listening to the final mixes for X all morning. I think it's pretty kick ass... spending so much time in protools is showing I think finally. I had a bit of a learning curve from cubase for the switchover but i'm happy i did. I've been dwelling on my bass parts of course but i think they even came out well considering it was my first time recording myself playing anything but keys live...
I have 5 new tracks and a 6th remix I did of the title track. Waiting on vocals from victoria lloyd for the final mix of Elbows Bent At Right Angles and hopefully a possible last track entitled Junkie Blvd featuring her as well. ;)
The 2 remixes from Lucidstatic are so killer!!!! A sick drum'n'bass remix of The Witching Hour and it's almost a cover of To Live,Love,Die or Kill. Can't wait to hear the other remixes as they come in. But it's all on schedule for release so far.
The art is complete as well and you can see a pic of it at the tympanik web site...
