Okay I have a theory. You should never kiss... Anyone... Wanna know why?! Because kissing leads to french kissing which leads to 1st base which leads to 2nd base which then leads to oral sex (aka 3rd base) then that leads to actual sex and having sex leads to more sex which leads to bad outcomes (aka, teen mommies) which leads to crappy (not in all cases) lives which leads to sadness... So no one should kiss. Ever. Until you are married or about to die.
Of course, none of this can apply is people have self control, but then again who has self control these days?!! BARELY ANYONE!! Okay. Cool. Go me.
