CHALLENGE FOURTEEN
Fantasia 2020

Challenge: I've been watching Fantasia a lot because my niece adores it, and so I had this challenge idea: Come up with a piece and a story that you would put in a Fantasia feature! So, just to clarify, the picspam images can be of anything to represent what we're imagining...it doesn't have to be anything specifically from Disney. Right?

Yes. But it isn't exclusive either way. You can have just non Disney images or just Disney or both. :)

So we can use any piece of classical music with any story? Or if there is already a story connected with a piece of music, do we have to use that story?

Yes, any music with any story. If there is a story already connected I'd actually rather you wouldn't use that story. Or if you do, kinda like with Nutcracker suite, try to approach it differently.

Does it have to be classical music? Like could we use something with lyrics?

If it does have to be classical, can we choose anything? And when I say anything I mean like not Mozart but like maybe Kerry Muzzey or David Arkenstone or something?

No lyrics, but yes anything else is fair game.

Hmm, I've actually never seen Fantasia nor do I know the premise for it, so I'm not really 100% sure what it's about, but I guess that's what Wiki is for.

AAAAAH omg watch it! They are both absolutely amazing, and Fantasia is one of the most influential films of the 20th century! It's really awesome!

Preferably classical. But you can use original compositions that are just instrumental. What I mean is, don't use something like a Coldplay song but just instrumental. But if you have contemporary music that's instrumental that's good too!

So for the picspam, can it be like the recast picspam where we can have real actors we want to play the characters or do we have to pick animated characters from the movie (Fantasia) that we want to be in our scene?

Ideally, it'd be animated characters. Or if you want some kind of animals, then those pictures would work. Hopefully not actors cause it shouldn't have spoken dialogue.
