I agree, kinda. To me the movie seems to be more about the fairies. They got the most screen time and Phillip, or Aurora for that matter, wasn't as established as a character as they were.

I think the movie is more about the fairies (and how much they bicker) than anything else

She's wonderful. I love her singing and how she expresses herself. Even if it's true she doesn't get enough screen time, what we see of her is great.

If people's differing opinions on a fictional character affect you THAT much, maybe you should stay out of fandom altogether. You sound way too emotionally fragile to handle it.

I don't think you read this secret correctly, anon. Being sad and frustrated at a character being bashed ≠ emotionally fragile. Frustration and disappointment are normal reactions to said scenario.

Uh, no. If someone dislikes a character I like, I don't get uppity over it. Not being able to handle dissenting opinions is not a ~normal reaction, it's immature and a sign of thin skin.

I don't see how you're getting all that (uppity, not able to handle dissenting opinions thin skin, immaturity) out of this secret. that people claim not to like Aurora because she wasn't in the movie enough. It's a silly reason to dislike her and I'd be annoyed, too.

Who is to say what a normal reaction is to something? We all handle things differently, and there is nothing wrong with that. They never said that they couldn't handle it, only how seeing her bashed made them feel.

I agree with this comment - it bothers me too that she doesn't get enough screen time and that the movie barely even shows or is focused on its titular character, but that's hardly a reason to blame the character (blame the writers) It's not like Aurora said "oh I'm too much of a diva, one scene and you'd better be happy with it"

I still love her. That's why I hate the writers and don't like the movie that much, because I want to see more of HER!
