Hey there, I'm just dropping by here to make a suggestion :) tcg_exchange is looking for affiliates for their online trading card game (which is free).
Here is the link to the affiliate page and gives you a run down about how it would work.
You'd probably get an increased number of participants in the rounds as I know there are quite a few Disney fans at the comm. They are also opening up decks for Disney movies/characters, so I thought it would be a good way for mutual traffic to happen :)
For the challenges, you should stick to movie images only. This includes both the movie itself and the poster art. However, there may be times when one of the themes or categories involves concept art, in which case you can use it then.
Big Hero 6 will available for iconing after it has its theatrical release, as only movies released in theaters are allowed (that way there are at least some movie screencaps available). It is headed by Disney so yes I consider it a useable claim. However, I am going to say that the Marvel studios movies (Iron Man, Thor, Avengers, etc) are not available for choosing as this series of movies was started before it was acquired by Disney, and they are not directly under Walt Disney studios production.
I hope that makes sense. I will update the general rules when I have time. Thank you for asking though! I never considered these questions.
