Round 9: Tie-Breakers

Before closing the polls, one voter (anonymous unless they choose to reveal themselves) contacted me to say that they had accidentally only voted for 1 icon instead of 2.  Because they messaged me while voting was ongoing, I added in their second votes to the polls.  As we only had 5 entries, we will only have first place banners this round and most of the placings were unaffected by these extra votes.

However, the following poll ended in a tie.  Please vote for ONE (1) icon.
