Victoria's day wasn't going as planned. She thought her day was going to be pleasant, wonderful even though the moment she woke up bad luck struck. Her alarm clock didn't go off until she woke up thirty minutes before her class started. Apparently her clock couldn't tell the difference between AM and PM. The poor girl literally jumped out of bed, ran to her bathroom to brush her teeth, wash her face and tie her hair back into a pony tail.
Victoria then rushed to change her clothes without tripping over the pile of textbooks she had scattered over her floor. She put on a pair of wrinkled jeans she forgot to fold yesterday, her 'I heart nerds' shirt and slipped on a pair of dirty tennis shoes before grabbing her bag and raced out of her apartment building. She made a break for it, dodging people left and right and even jumping over objects to make it to her class on time. Her apartment wasn't that far away from campus and luckily she made it with five minutes to spare.
Panting she opened the door only to see an empty classroom. Her class was canceled?! She quickly pulled out her phone to check her e-mail only to zoom in on the date. She didn't have class today. ..I ran...like I was being chased by vampires, zombies and girl scouts...for nothing. Victoria slowly walked away from her classroom over to the quad area, sat down on an empty table and planted her face down on the table.
Even though thoughts of banging her head against the table went through her mind she was totally botherable.
