There seems to be some sort of SIMS-looking big graphic in place of mod's choice icon.

Nope. Still shows the sims graphic. The link goes to that graphic as well. How bizarre.

It's a tinypic image though, so maybe it's something on their end? I know sometimes their urls get reused or moved around.

I'm actually pretty sure it's what's happening, I just uploaded the picture on my Photobucket to use that instead, and when I uploaded it from the URL it gave me the same image as yours. That's really annoying... but anyways you should be able to see it now.
