Because:
- Anne Hathaway is and always will be my Belle.
- Captain Fine has amazing blue eyes (required by Prince Adam/Beast, DUH!), and as such requires the "hot damn!".
- Captain Fine is 6'1".
- Captain Fine can get his hair dyed the right shade of previously-The-Beast reddish-light-brown.
- Anne Hathaway and Captain Fine have awesome chemistry as observed in Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement.
- I wanna see them sing to one another.
- They bicker in a manner which is brilliant.
- Anne Hathaway will make excellent faces at some douche called Gaston.
- Captain Fine will wear a suit. It will be blue. How can you possibly go wrong?
