[No, she certainly will not. Not on Scar's time, and not when she has just come back from her most recent adventure in flouting school rules. He noses her door open just after ten o'clock when, in his opinion, any productive student should be awake anyway, and growls lowly to see her still in bed.]

No, of course not. [Scar shakes his head.] Mulan, I will be frank with you. I have long since come to realize that I will be able to do little to control these little impulses of yours. Punishment obviously has no effect, and now I suppose you think it appropriate to obtain permission from other teachers behind my back. That does not, however, excuse you from informing me of your little misadventures. At the end of the day, it is I who is responsible for you and for making sure you are where you should be. Do try to take that into consideration.
