[All those news about recent events with Black Mist... Eris was getting really excited. She actually couldn't wait for it to appear in the Academy once again, as she missed her chance last time

[Interestingly enough, Mozenrath was also in a very chipper mood. The mist was an exciting phenomenon, despite the fact that it swallowed up his Kingdom, and it'd just done him the favor of terrorizing Agrabah.
He sat in the laboratory he'd found and claimed for his own, surrounded by texts regarding the history of the Mist. He had a beaker in front of him that for all intents and purposes was to capture a sample of the mist, but he hadn't been able to get close enough to it yet.
His eel, Xerxes, floated lazily around his shoulders -- but halted when it felt a magical presence in the room. It made Mozenrath raise his eyebrow in the direction of the intruder]
[Oh, Eris loves people meddling with magic. They are usually ambitious, greedy, and so vulnerable. And she had to admit, the fact that Mozenrath noticed her left quite an impression. She made herself fully visible and floated before him, letting herself to take a good look at him.]
Oh, I'm sure you've seen the paintings in the books. Maybe you have even seen me in the temples.
He narrowed his eyes as he thought about the feel of her power and her appearance, then chuckled low. He set a hand on his pet's head, stroking it in an easing gesture]
Of course you do. You and I walk the same paths, after all.
[the book he was reading was some mixture of a magical language, and his notes beside it were in Arabic. He looked down at it briefly, shaking his head]
No but...
[then back up to smirk at her]
You wouldn't want me to. You're enjoying all of this.
[She smiles approvingly. Of course, she'd hate to admit she had nothing to do with it. It would be like admitting she's not powerful enough to come up with such a thing.]
Obviously. The more chaotic it is, the better. I have to admit I am quite curious what you would do with it, though...
I believe you would. And, of course... [She pauses for a moment and places her finger on her lips.] That's a straight way to get yourself a goddess ally.
[Except he knew that while the Goddess would love for him to cause Chaos, she'd probably just as much like to make his own life Chaos as well. He had to be cautious around her.]

Just what is the Goddess of Chaos doing here?
Reply
Right now? Having fun, what's with all the commotion and people scared of Mist.
[One look into his eyes and she knew most important things about him right away. Advantage of being a goddess.]
What about you, sorcerer? Are you worried about your lovely Agrabah being consumed by the Mist?

[He smirked as if he wasn't displeased with her attitude at all. He did laugh when she put the words lovely and Agrabah in the same sentence]
I'll get it back. Besides, it's a delight to watch my enemies flee in terror.
[Much like Eris, Mozenrath also enjoyed fear, pain, and anxiousness... and misery on top of it. It was delicious.]

So, then. Discovered anything interesting? [She flew towards Mozenrath to see what he was reading. She wasn't really the reading type.]

And certainly I wouldn't want to find a way to stop it, either.

I know that isn't your style, though. You like it running wild and free. I wouldn't be surprised if you were behind all of this.

Take over the Seven Deserts. Think of it... All of those people subject under my reign of terror and pain.
[Ahhh, romantic]
