[Well Dash just arrived, and as such he's going to be, well, dashing around the school. But he's not 100% sure there are other supers here, so he's being a little incognito about his superhero persona. While he is still using super speed, he's not going to let anyone see him use it PER SE. However, he's going to be a freaking phantom. Maybe you're in a place and then the last time you checked there wasn't anyone there and then BAM just as you turn around again, there's Dash, looking around at things, and admiring how cool some of the stuff looks. He'll be just about everywhere, but the only limit is that he won't be in people's dorm rooms even if the door is open.
