As I am sure my students have noticed, the work load has lightened considerably as of late. Make no mistake: once this prom is over with tomorrow, said load will increase once more. I am no fool--and prom is, in its own way, a rite of passage for youth, not to mention a fairly good opportunity for courtship.

That said, if there are one ladies that require a partner, I am not opposed to joining you in chaperoning this event.
