[Facilier's office door is slightly when Axel arrives, and the interior is silent, dimly lit and eerie as ever.]

[Axel walks in, not phased by the room since he has been there before and takes a quick glance around.]

So what's it gonna cost me this time to get a magic induced bruise treated?

Cost ya? Nothin', 's my job, ain't it? This one's on the house. [Facilier waves him over to one of his cabinets, which is already flung open to reveal shelves filled with little pots of balms and pastes. He doesn't mention his latest exchange with Axel, and speaking of which, his own shadow seems to be mysteriously missing. But he doesn't make any comment to that effect as Axel approaches.]

A bruise, hm? Let's take a look.

[Axel gives a low whistle at the selection that he presented and strips off his shirt to show Facilier the large black and purple splotch that decorated his shoulder.] And here I thought the 'doctor' title was just for show.

[Facilier chuckles as he bends to inspect the bruise.] No one'd guess it, but voodoo's primarily a healin' sorta magic. [Well duh, no one would guess it, if their only experience with it is directly connected to Facilier.]

Hurts to the touch, does it? An' what'd he do to make this happen?

Considering how it tends to be demonstrated, I'm not surprised that it's hard to guess.

[Axel just rolled his shoulder slightly. Didn't necessarily hurt any more than a regular bruise but, one this size made it hard for him to do much with his arm.]

Not sure what it was. He was quite livid with me so, likely it's whatever comes instinctively to him.

Those black flames of his? [Facilier turns to his cabinets to consider its contents, one hand rubbing his chin.] He's pretty fond of those, huh?

[Axel smirks a bit. Maybe he should tell the witch doctor the details of his injury. The man was currently employing Mozenrath as a replacement for dream training so there's a relationship there. Plus, Mozenrath had guaranteed to make his life hell from now on, Axel figured he could get a head start.]

They seem to get the work done efficiently. Don't think the forest would burn down as fast if it was just my own fire.
