003 - [Action (OTA)] - Too Many New People

[With all the new arrivals on campus, Silver's been cooking up a storm.  Were you to visit his kitches, you'd see pots bubbling, meats frying, ovens burning away.  All kinds of delicious smells waft from the huge area.  The man has his hands full, that's for sure.  He darts to and fro from stove to oven to fryer, a blur of activity trying to keep up with the orders.
