[The past few weeks have been trying for Will. It was only two days after he arrived at the academy when he came down with a ridiculous case of the flu. Not used to being sick, he's been laid up in bed until recently, coming out of his recovery just in time to discover that Elizabeth's been taken. And that he wasn't called to her rescue.
The news hit hard and he's currently sitting in the gardens (because what better place to go when you've just been ill) trying to calm down and figure out what he can do. Because from what he's gathered so far, what he can do is exactly nothing. Maybe if he'd spent more time trying to talk to her. If he'd just been up front about everything that had happened before they met again.... Yeah. He's in a bad state.]
