Which of us has not undergone this process? If it indeed a good barrier against the mist I am of the belief that it should be mandatory for staff to attend -- and that they should be prioritized in training.
Also, Doctor Facilier, is there any way possible that you can teach staff to dream train as well?

What I mean is that all staff should be required to take the training and they should be scheduled as the priority as opposed to first-come-first-serve.

The 'first come first serve' basis was good at first for getting the eager and worried out of the way, I suggest we follow a much more organized list of whoever's in attendance, rather than expect everyone to follow suit.
