[Ariel spent all day yesterday reading, surprisingly. She had just been so interested in Valentine's Day - they certainly hadn't had anything like that in Atlantica. So, when she eventually realized that it meant that she had to do something special for Eric, she got right on it. The rest of the fourteenth was spent thinking. Finally, it hit her.

The cake wasn't baking properly; It smelled terrible and looked even worse. He gave up trying to cook it about ten minutes it, grabbed it, and rushed with it towards the food court. After dumping it into a bin, he purchased a fresh, beautiful, decorated chocolate cake and ran back with it (as carefully as he could). By the time Ariel came into the kitchen it was waiting for her on the counter, and Tulio had left to leave the lovebirds alone.]
