Because I’m so psyched for The Avengers and whatnot and I want to see Nick Fury in everything...
Nick Fury and SHIELD recruit various Pixar heroes for a Pixar Avengers Initiative. (If you choose that term, that’s cool, but the name is up to Author). Reasoning, etc. is completely up to the author. I just want Nick Fury to interact with Pixar characters, please. And try to include most of the Pixar movies (and even BLOSC!) if you can.
You can Human AU it up for the non-human characters all you want. And include Brave even if it filled before the release date. And have this fic take place after the events of The Avengers regardless of when it’s filled. Appropriate spoiler warnings would be appreciated for both.
And yes, you can include other non-Nick Fury MCU characters. Whether they work for SHIELD (Agent Coulson!) or are an actual Avenger (Steve, Tony, Thor) or others. Maybe Buzz Lightyear gets along fabulously with Cap but detests Tony because he doesn’t trust Tony around Jessie. Maybe Merida and Hawkeye get on superbly because of archery. Maybe Agent Coulson had to contact Rick Dicker to get The Incredibles involved.
