In Which the Cat's out of the Bag anonymous August 1 2011, 09:16:12 UTC
It is a well known fact that, when you put that many cats together in one place, particularly of all different species and background, the cat fights are inevitable.

The cat known as Izma was the newest edition, a cat that swears she was a human, and the humans of the farm seem to agree. But for some reason the lamas of the farm said she made a better cat. This sent her fur on the end and got her screeching plenty of times.

"But you have food and drink!" Young Oliver, whom Izma hated for his naivety, always cried. Izma got tired of snapping at him, it had nothing to do with the fact that the cat had too many dog friends who glowered dangerously at her when Oliver resembled anything close to unhappy. Instead she tried to explain concepts of dignity and power and authority to the young one.

"We are the authority here, the humans feed us and clean after us, we are their gods." Siamese twins Si and Me, whom Izma hated even more for their scheming and trouble making, liked to say. Izuma never thought she would meet someone more spoiled then Kuzco as a child was, but many of the animals here proved that possible. The Siamese twins however were legitimate threats to her reputation and hygenie, those cats loved to make trouble. Izuma had almost forgotten how to rein those brats in.

"You must establish your own domain, make the right alliances, and step on those unworthy." Old tiger Shere Khan, whom Izma hated most for his obsessions with giving unwanted advice, preached again and again. He was hardly a good example to follow, the cat feared the humans and anything resembling a metal L-shaped stick. He also tend yell about lying snakes and annoying vultures. Only his annoyingly bouncy twin Tigger dealt with him on a regular basis, probably because he was too thick to understand the difference of strength between the two of them.

Izma always thought they didn't look like twins, and Tigger liked to hang around with all the wrong animals.

But so many cats living together and seeing each other so frequently often meant eventually fighting breaks out. Whether it was Scar getting sick of Prince John's whining or Duchess preventing Lucifer and Felicia from eating the mice, to the Cheshire cat taunting Dinah about how their owner Alice tend to most, it is a good thing Izma have some experience with court politics or she would have had a hard time navigating through the drama and mess of relationships.

Rajah, that quiet but large cat, seem to be always silently laughing at her. And Duchess' three kitty brats are always trying to bother her and hook her up with someone.

Haru is the only cat who seems to take her claim of being human easily, but their worries are completely different things. Haru also seems a bit too well at ease with being a cat sometimes.

And being a cat hasn't changed the fact Izma really, really hates squirrels. Her most disasterous moments is always when one is nearby.

No one believes her though, they think she's too obsessed with them. It doesn't help that a pack of dogs treat her as one of their own when one of them shouts - they shout, they have talking collars! - about squirrel sightings.

At least she can bond with the dog Alpha about the horror that is their squeaky voices. Everyone else can stick with their cat fighting.

This is a combo of so many awesome things. Love the adorable contrast of Tigger and Shere Khan. :D

This is adorable! I love how Rajah is just laughing at everyone.... But one question, who is 'Haru'? I feel like I should know about them, but I'm drawing a blank... ^^;;

This...might require some explaining. Haru is the original character's name, she is the girl who turns into a cat from the movie The Cat Returns. Its a Japanese animation Studio Ghibli film that Disney later dubbed in English. I however actually watched it in the original Japanese with VERY BAD subtitles so I don't know if Disney gave Haru a more English-sounding name instead. I was just thinking of Disney cat characters and she popped into my head.
