Yay!! I lost about 6 pounds this week! Since Sunday I have been restricting like crazy and trying to exercise as much as possible. I have been walking for at least 45 minutes a day, some days 1-3 hours. Starting Monday I'm gonna integrate pilates and ab exercises into my routine....at least 4 times a week. This is how I did this week:
Monday:
Small piece of chicken (90cals)
Carrots (40cals)
Tuesday:
Little bit of rice (70cals)
Half a piece of salmon (100cals)
Rolo (250cals)
Wednesday:
2 glasses of Coke (300cals)
Today:
8 whole wheat crackers w/ cheese & salsa (300cals)
Glass of chocolate milk (180cals)
I'm so proud of myself. Next week my boyfriend is going away to work for 3 weeks. He'll be gone Monday-Friday
then home for the weekends....I am gonna miss him soo much, but he is always making me eat, so it will be easy to restrict for the next little while. I weigh about 172 right now....I want to get to 155 or lower by the end of July.
