Uhm. Yes. I got a job! Woo!
A person I know on the inside recommended me for an admin/data entry position with CHR. No application, no short listing, no interview, straight in, heard about it yesterday, started today. Go me! They've already asked for my CV cause they've noticed (already) that I'm better than basic admin/data entry..... hehe.
And! I got there this morning, and who should be there, but one of the guys I met last Friday night. I had no idea he even worked there... Imagine the surprise to both of us when we (literally) ran into each other in the hallway! "What are you doing here?!" ... "ME? What are YOU doing here?" "I work here!" "Well, so do I... as of today!" *mutual squee*
Now there is a moment to remember. I made a gay man squee. I'm so proud of myself. :D
