Back online
Gad, sorry about the big gap there folks. When I moved to Limerick I discovered that there's no internet connection here in the house and I generally don't like posting to my journal via a work computer (sorry - paranoia). Anyway, I've managed to get a (kind of ok) internet connection here in the house. It's one of those modems that you get from the mobile phone places. The speed unfortunately is only about 20Kb or so and I'm used to 10 times that speed from home.
Anyway, enough bitching. News so far is that I did my driving test there about 2 weeks ago - again. And failed - again. But to be fair, that was my own fault. Karen's going to be due soon so I'm looking forward to that. I'd also like to find a weekend pretty soon to go up to Thomastown to see a cousin of mine that I've been itching to see her house for quite some time (you know who you are!) :-) I have to drop my aunt an email too so make sure that she's still alive during her travels...
I'm going to have to sign off for the moment 'cos I'm absolutely bollocksed. I'll try and post again soon
